- Count the in-service training period as qualifying service for grant of financial upgradation under MACP Scheme.
- Subordinate Engineers who have completed 4 years’ service in Level 8 Pay must be granted Non-Functional Upgradation to Level 9.
- To grant the benefit of financial up-gradation to their entire cadre strength of Supervisor cadre from Level-7 with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-of PB-2 to Level-8 Grade Pay Rs. 4800/- PB-2 w.e.f 01.01.2006 and further up-gradation to Level-9 with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- PB-2 after 4 years of service in Level-8 w.e.f. 01.01.2016 as that has been granted to the Accounts staff of Indian Railways in order dtd: 21.06.2021(OA 724-2023)
