Inclusion of training periods for MACP authenticated by the hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

After a long and arduous struggle, the Supreme Court has delivered justice to the dynamic railway engineers who were unfairly denied their rightful benefits, by dismissing the plea of Indian Railway.

It’s heartening to see that for the inclusion of training periods in MACP, hon’ble Supreme court’s decision has authenticated the engineers’ demands, which were based on clear instructions and guidelines from DoPT. The inclusion of training periods in MACP is a crucial aspect of recognizing the engineers’ hard work, technical expertise, and dedication.

Kudos to the ECOREA team of AIREF for choosing the path of justice and persevering through the challenges. This victory is not just a triumph for the railway engineers but also a testament to the power of collective effort and determination.
